Exchange & Refund Policy

To ensure a smooth experience, kindly check your items while the courier is still present upon delivery. Customers are allowed up to 10 minutes to try the items.

Any request for exchange or refund must be made at the time of delivery. Once the courier leaves, we will not be able to accept or process any exchange or refund requests.

If you choose not to receive your order, only the shipping fees will be charged.

For orders that include multiple items, the order must be either fully accepted or fully returned. Partial acceptance or return is not allowed.
